Turf Time – Refund Policy

At Turf Time, we strive to provide the best experience for every player. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

1. Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the booked slot

   • Eligible for full refund or reschedule without any charge.

2. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the slot

   • A partial refund (50%) may be provided, or you may choose to reschedule subject to availability.

3. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 1 hour of slot time)

   • No refund will be provided.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In case of rain or turf maintenance issues caused by Turf Time:

• We will offer a full refund or help you reschedule your slot.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule, please:

• Provide your Booking ID, name, and scheduled time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Additional Notes

Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

• Turf Time reserves the right to deny refunds for repeated last-minute cancellations or misuse of the policy.
