Terms & Conditions

By booking and using Turf Time’s facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all players and staff.

 

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

  • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, UPI, or other methods as communicated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled slot for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the slot may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking will not be refunded.

  • Turf Time reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather or maintenance; in such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Use of Facility

  • Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Turf Time is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

  • Proper sports shoes must be worn at all times (no studs or cleats allowed on the turf).

  • Smoking, alcohol, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Any damage to turf property caused by a player or group will be charged to the person who made the booking.

4. Code of Conduct

  • All players must behave respectfully toward staff and other users.

  • Abusive language, violence, or harassment will result in immediate removal and a ban from future bookings.

  • Turf Time reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone at its discretion.

5. Health & Safety

  • Players participate at their own risk. Turf Time is not responsible for any injuries sustained during play.

  • In case of injury or medical emergency, basic first aid will be provided, and emergency services will be contacted if needed.

 

6. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during bookings will only be used for service purposes. For more, see our [Privacy Policy].

7. Changes to Terms

  • Turf Time may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our facility implies acceptance of the updated terms.
